This very well maintained, unfurnished apartment features a bright, cheerful kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom. and a private porch for your morning coffee or for relaxing at the end of the day . The appliances include a gas range with a self cleaning oven, over the range microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. This apartment has a high efficiency heat pump for economical heating and air conditioning costs, and also has plush, quiet wall to wall carpeting. Plentiful windows provide lots of natural light, and a convenient laundry is provided for residents. The rent is $1,450. per month and includes water, hot water, sewer and trash. The Tenant pays electric and gas and the lease term is for one year.
