It was dirty upon move in, not well maintained, bugs during summer, and good luck controlling the temperature. Hot is the only temperature for upstairs. Utilities are split between apartments, not for just yours. Maintenance personnel were great and tried to be helpful, the office and property managers were not helpful, took a very long time to get answers, will charge you for anything possible they can make up when moving out. They claim they are updated, they have the cheapest finishes possible but charge a high premium claiming they are renovated. Limited parking, only one spot per place with a small number of visitors spots you can use for second car. I would not recommend these places for anyone.
