Located in Cape Elizabeth, boasting unobstructed views of Hannaford Cove and Casco Bay, the cottage is next to the last house on a road that leads to the ocean. This is a very private, residential neighborhood. Most of the other homes are year-round and owner-occupied. Fully furnished to meet all of your needs, this fabulous coastal cottage provides you with 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 2 twin beds), and 2 sleep sofas. Thanks to recent renovations, there are 2 new, full baths and a gorgeous, completely upgraded kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. The spacious first floor features beautiful, wide pine floors, throughout, and the living room and dining room offer plenty of space for entertaining or lounging. There are 2 screened porches that overlook Rocky Point Cove, a private backyard, grill & fire pit, and access to 3 beaches! There is a laundry room in the cottage, and pets are considered. THE COTTAGE: The cottage is situated on a large piece of property in Hannaford Cove and has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. The cottage was built by the grandfather of the current owners whose father was born in the house in 1917.
