You will have access to your PRIVATE room and large closet, and kitchen and bathroom privileges. Bathroom is shared (if we have a guest over as it is the guest restroom) with shower and only restroom downstairs. Other than that no one else utilizes it typically. The bedroom is not furnished. Street Parking is available directly in front of home. Laundry available. Ample parking. The room will be available FEB 1.. potentially a few days sooner. The area is quiet and safe. It is near the 91 freeway and mall. The home is also in walking distance, directly across the street from Starbucks, numerous restaurants, grocery stores, the metro, and in a great location. There is also a beautiful community LARGE POOL, park, playground, and great/safe/quiet areas to walk all within the community. A couple in their late 20s resides in the home with a 2 year old yellow lab and 6 month old chocolate lab. Both [removed] trained. Must love dogs! Along with another renter in our age range. We both work full time and typically are home cooking, sleeping, playing with the pups or watching tv. We keep to ourselves, are quiet, honest, and clean/neat. We are super down to earth and easy to get along with and do not expect much from a renter but to pay bills on time, clean up after themselves (very important), and be respectful of the home. Looking for a renter who is employed and/or in school. NO PETS OR DRUGS OR SMOKERS. No overnight guests. No weekday visitors. Occasional visitor on a weekend is okay. Looking for a single person. Looking for someone stable and long term. Month to month lease. There is a $650.00 security deposit. I am willing to accept the deposit in two split monthly payments if you do not have it all at once. References and a background check is required.
