Nice 3/2 home with wood burning fireplace in living room. Functional galley kitchen with lots of cabinets. Property is fenced and has a nice backyard. Owner prefers smaller pets due to the home still having carpet. We do not accept applications from Zillow. Any application must be filled out on our Arden Hills Property Management Website. Application requirements are: income must be at least 3x the monthly rent, stable employment, background and credit checks required. Deposit is equal to first months rent and must be paid in full at time of lease signing. A $50 nonrefundable application fee for each person over the age of 18 that will occupy the property. Pets available on a case by case basis. No aggressive breeds..$250 pet deposit per pet and $25/month pet fee per pet. No tobacco property.
