The room is furnished with a private bathroom downstairs - yes the room is downstairs, however, since the house is a raised bungalow you have a regular size window as displayed in the photo. The room is available for $600/mth utilities and internet included, laundry amenities are downstairs. Please note I have a cat and kitten. The house is off of Albert on Greenbrier Dr. 5 minutes from UW and Laurier, on the bus route too.

Currently, there is another male (23 y/o) and another female (22 y/o) that live here. – We’re easy going and like to keep things clean. $600 includes utilities and internet. You can also use the laundry amenities downstairs. The place is within walking distance to both universities and is on the bus route as well. The room for rent has a bed frame and mattress, desk, and night stand. If you prefer to bring your own, that’s okay too. I can accommodate a lease for 4 – 12 months.
