House in Selah! - Introducing House in Selah! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom residence is nestled in the serene location of Selah, WA. The fenced-in yard offers a secure space to enjoy outdoor activities or relax under the sun. Plus, a convenient storage shed provides extra room for all your belongings. You'll appreciate the comfort provided by the central heat and AC, ensuring a pleasant living environment no matter the season. Please note that tenants are responsible for mowing and watering the lawn, allowing you the freedom to maintain a beautiful landscape as per your preference. Additionally, all utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The beautiful House in Selah offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, allowing you to create a home tailored to your lifestyle. Length of Lease: 12 Months Non-Refundable & Security Deposit Total: $1600.00 We can hold the property for 10 days from the time you put down your deposit. After that you will begin paying rent on it. If you vacate before the lease ends, you will be held responsible to pay rent until it is occupied. MOVE IN COSTS: Once at least 25% of the deposit is paid, we will take the property off the market. (ONLY If applicant is approved and property has been seen.) First month’s rent and the remaining 75% of deposit is required at date of move in. The second month’s rent will be prorated less the move in days. (Some properties require first, last and deposit at move in.) All applications are done online, you will be prompted to pay $40 at the end of each adult applying. If you do not have access to a computer, we have one you can use. Please call ahead to schedule a time. SCREENING CRITERIA: Applications are valid for 6 months and based off of income, are applicable to any of our properties. This means, if you fill one out, we can switch it if needed. If a unit you applied for has been taken, we will put it towards another unit you want. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. Applications are processed within 5-7 business days. We will call you once it’s been processed. SHOWINGS: This is scheduled once your application has been approved. We will contact you to schedule this between 9AM-4PM, Monday-Friday. There are pictures and video tours listed on our website. Photos or videos may not be current, but should be similar. PETS: YES! Certain properties accept pets, please check each listing for information. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee and some properties have pet rent.
