Main floor: Separate office with French doors, separate dining room, breakfast nook off kitchen, mud room, front and back porches perfect for summer nights, and an enclosed fenced yard. Powder room. Attached 2 car garage with abundant storage. 2 bedrooms in basement: One bedroom with ensuite bath, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with murphy bed and walk-in closet. Additional spa bath: 6-piece bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, sauna, lounge space and separate WC. Second laundry in basement. Rec room includes TV and Firestick but not currently connected to cable TV. Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Very strict. $1000 fine enforced. Convenient access to shopping, Fitzsimmons Medical Complex, restaurants, and only minutes away from downtown, I-70, I-225. Credit & Background Checks required, $45 application fee per adult.
