Step out onto the main deck or the lower deck to a gorgeous view of the river, with year round easy access to this very private and quiet small community. House has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a dedicated laundry area with near new W/D, and ample closet spaces. While there is an attached garage, there is NO GARAGE access for tenant to the attached garage at this time. However, there is ample driveway parking - enough for 4 cars and even space on the property for an RV! Tenant pays ALL utilities and services, etc. security deposit, first and last month's rent. Dogs MAY may be considered. This has been our family home, and I am looking for a responsible, long term tenant (1-year+) for my home on the Truckee river. NO smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or outside on the property. Renter's insurance is required, as well as proof of annual pet licensing, inoculations history up to date, photo provided, etc. Tenant MUST pick-up after their pet. No tenant access to garage at this time.
