A $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicants until the application is approved and the administrative fee is received by management. PET POLICY: Adult pets (select dog breeds) are allowed with a pet screening fee of $25. In addition, a non-refundable pet deposit is required: $300 minimum for dogs and $150 minimum for cats.
