More details upon application. Security Deposit: Approved Applicants may pay the security deposit in full up front or in equal installments over 8 months. When opting for paying over time, there is a $25/month administrative fee charged in addition. The administrative fee does not count towards the security deposit balance. There is no prepayment penalty (you can pay in two or three months if you like) when paying the balance in full. Each security deposit payment accrues in a separate account and builds until paid in full.
