We lived here for 9 months and while it was a short time we absolutely loved it here! The only reason we moved out was because we were able to buy a house. If we hadn’t, we’d still be with them. The community is nice, clean, quiet, and safe! The area is booming and there’s so many great things nearby. The front office staff is AMAZING! They are so kind and want to make sure you are taken care of as a resident. Look no further than this wonderful community and if you’re questioning it, DON’T! You’ll feel right at home at Cross Timber.

We have lived here for almost 10 months and have enjoyed every bit of it. The complex is quiet and well kept. Sometimes it feels like we live in an HOA lol. Maintenance crew is very kind and always timely. Darlene is beyond helpful and really ensures her tenants and the property is taken care of. The area is very nice with a 24 hr grocery store across the street, multiple gyms within 2 miles and access to I-44.
