The primary bedroom comes with a TV, a modern bathroom, and ample storage in the custom wardrobe. The cozy basement has a fireplace, TV mount, and built-ins. Home has a 2 car garage plus a storage shed in the back. Renter is responsible for all utiliites, snow removal, and yard-care. The rental comes with a riding mower and other lawn supplies. There is a $100 monthly fee if the Renter would prefer a lawn service. Pet friendly! All applicants are required to fill out an application on CapitalChoicePM PetScreening com Approved pets are $25/month (limit of 2 per household) and an additional $400 deposit ($200 non-refundable) Proof of renters insurance is required.
