The front yard is well-manicured with garden beds for growing and the fully-fenced backyard offers serenity and privacy. Twice monthly mowing service is provided by Owner. The Jefferson/Westside neighborhood is centrally located and offers plenty of transportation options, whether you're driving, walking, biking or taking public transit. The home is across the street from the Lane Events Center and Fairgrounds, and close to Lincoln School, Monroe and Jefferson Parks, and Amazon Creek. Pet Policy: One pet (dog, up to 60 lbs, or cat) is allowed with completion of a Pet Agreement. We will consider a second pet on a case-by-case basis. Additional pets must be approved. A $500 security deposit will apply for each approved pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 will apply for each approved pet. We will consider other exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Power, Water & Sewer and Internet/Cable, if desired. Owner/Agent pays for refuse service including a 35 gallon trash bin. Tenants may elect to pay $21 extra per month to upgrade to a 65 gallon bin. Please note that adjoining property uses a waterline from this home with average usage of less than $10 a month. It is primarily used for once-annual pressure washing. We pay for trash service to compensate for this minor water usage. Laundry: Home includes utility room with a washer and dryer. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Owner/Agent provides/pays for twice monthly mowing for the backyard, but all other landscaping is responsibility of Tenant.
