Hardwood flooring upstairs with carpeting in all bedrooms. Office space with a computer and printer upstairs, with downstairs bedroom having an office desk as well. An electric fireplace located in the living area downstairs on one side and a gas wall length fireplace on the other wall. The downstairs has a bar with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a large granite top island to stand or sit at! Downstairs includes an oversized couch and ping pong table with a high top bar table and chairs! Security cameras, alarm system and monitoring outside of the home is available.
