This is a shared accommodation. I am looking for one person only to share a furnished two bedrooms/baths condo in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver, 2024. Asking $2,150 per month. I am the owner who may stay in the other room for 2-4 weeks of the year. I travel most of the year. You will have full privacy for 11 months when I am not there. I prefer a long-term renter or share for minimum one year. This 11' ceiling high south west corner unit has tall windows with a partial city view from inside and on the large balcony as well as bright sun exposure with much light on rainy or cloudy days. The condo is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances which features: gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The building has a court garden, a bicycle room and an amenity room. The condo is located in Lower Lonsdale which is the historical waterfront neighborhood of North Vancouver. The building is a few minutes’ walk to a wide range of retail amenities, supermarkets and small grocery stores, community services such as the John Braithwaite Community Centre, restaurants, boutiques, gyms, trendy cafes and excellent bus transportation at your door step and along Lonsdale Avenue. The Lonsdale Quay Market and Sea Bus are within 8 minutes walking distance which connects Lonsdale Quay to a 15-minute boat ride to Downtown Vancouver and an easy ride to YVR airport. Situated just off Lonsdale Avenue and West 2nd Street, this location offers convenient access to downtown Vancouver via the Lions Gate Bridge (5.4km) or Eastbound to the Ironworkers Memorial bridge. I am looking for a a long-term student or a professional, non-smoker. Utilities and Internet are not included but negotiable. Contact me for further inquiries.
