We have lived her for just a few months. But I can tell you it is the BEST apartment community we have ever lived in. We were forced out of the home we rent, due to the Landlord wanting to sell. We had 30 days and secured this flat apartment and we got it within a week! The staff is tremendous, especially Chloe and Adam and Joe. They are on it when it comes to making sure the tenants have every comfort that is included with renting here. It is clean, quiet, and much more private than other wise open apartment communities. If we have any issue, Chloe handles it immediately. Yes, you will pay a little more, but from a family that has had to maintain a house in their late 40’s this is such a welcome change. There is just no point in trying to find a house in this over-inflated housing market. Not when you have all the amenities provided here and our apartment has even more square feet than our previous house. 10 out of 10. Best place to live downtown. Forget the others. This is the one.

The flats on front are great apartments right on the cape fear river!! Amazing views and amenities!!! The staff are super sweet as well!! Love living here :)))
