A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water, private septic, and general lawn care are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is propane monitor, no AC. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
