We are looking for responsible adults to take care of the home as it's our first home. The house has 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is currently used as an office and space to store firewood. The house is dog friendly with an extra security deposit ($400) and $35/month extra. Tenants will be responsible for water, sewer, garbage and electricity. An application fee with be $40 per person (this is to cover a credit and background check with your approval).
