Park Point in Duluth, Minnesota, is the world’s largest freshwater sandbar, stretching about seven miles into Lake Superior. Accessible via the Aerial Lift Bridge, it features sandy beaches, hiking trails, and diverse wildlife. Visitors can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, birdwatching, and the scenic Park Point Nature Trail. The area also hosts the annual Park Point Art Fair and offers recreational facilities at Lafayette Community Center. While a beautiful destination for relaxation and outdoor activities, Park Point faces erosion challenges, making conservation efforts vital to preserving its unique ecosystem. Pets are okay within our guidelines Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1650 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month.
