As homeowners, our goal is to provide you with detailed information of the property you're considering to rest your head at. We are very proud of, care very much for, and have worked so hard on renovating and upgrading this home for you! Let's begin with the obvious: ~Location, Location, Location ~ The beautiful city of Grosse Pointe Park immediately gives safe, family and calm vibes. It doesn't hurt to have the police and fire department right across the street! Once you enter your front door, 1,250 square feet of two spacious bedrooms, one bath with a stand up shower, a sun room, renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room and dining room await you. We lit this home up by adding TWENTY SMART recessed lights, which you can turn off/on, dim, and change colors from your cell phone or with your voice via Alexa. You'll notice many of the properties in the areas do not have recessed lighting, which results in the "yellowish", dim lighting, at best. We gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint to give it a clean, modern touch. Your hardwood floors have been cleaned and given a wood treatment shine. Your kitchen has newly installed white luxury, waterproof vinyl flooring and updated cabinets. We also switched out the old refrigerator and stove with newer, stainless steel appliances for you. Love air conditioning and heat? We replaced our furnaces and air conditioning units 2 years ago so they are in a pristine condition. It may be hard to believe, but some properties in the area DO NOT offer central air. Please be mindful of that when shopping around. I don't know about you, but we care about safety and peace of mind, that's why we installed three Ring floodlights with cameras. You'll be able to view the exterior of the home 24/7, from virtually anywhere in the world. The washer and dryer are for your use and you won't have to worry about sharing it with anyone. NEW DRIVEWAY and privacy fence installed summer 2024. You can PARK up to 3 cars in the driveway and not have to worry about street parking. The basement used to look like a scary dungeon, but not anymore! We added 12 lights, 2 fresh coats of paint and a modern, polished concrete floor. I don't believe there is another basement with POLISHED CONCRETE in the Grosse Pointe area! The basement also offers a dedicated storage room for you. Water, snow removal and lawn care is included in the rent. Looking for fun, family friendly activities? Say hello to FREE access to, resident only, Windmill water front park, which includes a movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts, pool, gym, kayaking, fishing and more!
