Living room/dining room combo with large over-sized windows providing plenty of natural lighting. The large bedrooms fit a king size bed & features a walk in closet & upgraded ceiling fan. The bathroom was meticulously designed with designer fixtures and carrera marble style tile. This apartments has original hardwood as well as large designer tile with high volume ceilings, 2 inch blinds and over-sized windows straight out of the 1920s! Washer and dryer Exterior features include off street parking, secure building entrances and bike rack. Tenant pays all utilities Located minutes away from downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, Central Ave, as well as various local restaurants & breweries. One dog (under 25 lbs) or two cats with pet app fee of $20, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $95 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management.
