It's a great spot for a couple or a student as it is close to the University of Utah, downtown, the avenues, 9th and 9th etc. There is one off street parking spot. Access the home from the parking area or from the front door. There is also an area you could use to garden. Laundry hookups are in the unit. It is an older home so with it comes a lot of that old charm. Message me for a showing! Credit score of 720 to qualify. Gross monthly income must be 2.5x rent to qualify. No smoking. No vaping.
