Small dogs (less than 40 lbs) and cats allowed. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance. No smoking allowed. FREE WI-FI (Comcast - 300 Mbps). Owner pays for WI-FI. Property has 3 exterior security cameras that will stay live (no audio). $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (Experian*) of 600 required. *Please note, Experian scores are typically slightly lower than Transunion and Equifax scores. 12-month lease required.
