The cabin is a one bedroom with a washer and dryer and comes fully furnished and move-in ready. It was renovated three years ago, including all appliances. The rent is $1450 a month with a $1450 security deposit to move in. Small, well trained dogs are welcome with a pet deposit. Tenant pays all utilities and landlord maintains the landscaping.
