Upon entry, you are invited into the vaulted, sunken living room with skylights, bay window, wood floors and wood burning fireplace. The pass-through wine bar creates openness and flow to the vaulted kitchen, highlighted by stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, tile floors, and generous countertop and cabinet space. The dining room has a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard. The upstairs features three nicely-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom with jetted tub in the en-suite bathroom. The downstairs offers a flexible and functional second living space (TV and mount included with rental), a half bathroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer included.
