Unit has been recently renovated and the next tenant will be the first to live in the updated space. The home features a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and plenty of storage space. It is also located just a short drive from Asheville and Black Mountain. To schedule a showing you must apply online at pmvesta managebuilding com (every person that would live in the property +18 years old must apply). We don't charge anything for the application, but there is a fee of $30 for the background check that only takes place after the application has been approved and the property has been shown. We are only scheduling showings to those who complete the application. Pets are not allowed at the park. The tenant is responsible for ALL utilities. Lawn maintenance included.
