You really can't beat this location Apartment includes: Private bed-roon in an elevated mezzanine Modern kitchen with bar and faux-wooden countertops Clean bright bathroom Beautiful original hardwood floors (building used to be a textile factory) HUGE closets, more than enough storage space Breakfast nook/windowledge garden Massive amounts of open space, perfect for hula hooping, dance-parties and yoga sessions Workbench Large pantry Central heating included 10$/month for internet (we share a super-high speed connection with our neighbors) 30$/month or so for hydro Candidates must be open-minded, easy-going, responsible and most importantly, clean. Artists, musicians, circus freaks, queers get bonus points. Loft is non-cigarette smoking, yet 420 friendly. There is also Jinx, the lovable black cat, who does not shed or destroy. Since the loft is an open-concept, a certain level of comfort and mutual respect is needed to maintain a healthy roommate relationship.
