Property Id: 2176172 Gray Gable Guest Cottage is located in the coastal town of Little Compton, Rhode Island, two miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Our country roads are ideal for walking, jogging and biking. Our cottage is available October 20th to June 30, 2026 ~ three month minimum stay. All utilities are included in rent. The cottage is fully Furnished including linens. Kitchen is fully applianced and includes cookware and dishes. Living room and upstairs bedroom have flat screen TVs. Bedroom has a walk-in closet. Front porch entrance and back door deck with grill and outside shower. Fenced in yard with lawn furniture and hammock. Off street driveway parking. Pets will be considered. We are a retired couple living in the Main House. The Guest Cottage has it's own yard and driveway. Our references are available from former and returning seasonal renters.
