The property is available June 1st. The landlord is a very nice person who will be responsive to your needs. There is also a full, unfinished basement, but people are not allowed to sleep in the basement. The property was rewired and redone approx. two years ago. Hardwood floors. Perfect starter home. No firearms allowed. Home office allowed. Perfer small pets rather than large.
