I am moving out of my room in my townhome because I received a job out of state. All of the utilities are going to be paid for so rent is the only expense with this. We are all seniors and just looking for someone to take over my lease for the rest of the spring semester. Everyone is mainly to them selves or busy with school and work so its a really quiet and clean environment.
