About 1 Collins Pl
Below is a link to lots of pictures of the house. To prevent any confusion, the only bedroom shown is the one that's available. photobucket dotcom /user/cPG7ag7kw3m9/library/Room4Rent Current roommates range in age from 23-27, and are both female and male. Rent is $425, with another ~$80-$100 on top depending on time of year for utilities/cable/internet. We are pretty flexible on the move in date, so when messaging us, please include which month you'd be looking to move in. Highlights of the house include: -Good neighborhood -On multiple bus lines -Central heating and air conditioning -Washer and dryer in house -Big driveway -Two large kitchens -Large patio/backyard with frequently used bonfire pit -Great landlord Other items: -Our roommate has a pretty severe pet allergy, so we're looking for someone without pets. -We'd prefer someone who doesn't smoke. -Lease: The lease length is negotiable. We'd ideally be looking for someone expecting to stick around at least a year. -The security deposit is one month's rent. Lastly, in previous years, we have had people come by to look at open rooms who turned out to be a bit sketchy to say the least (even had cash and credit cards stolen on one occasion).
