A great place to call home - awesome location, easy access to highways Rt 495, Rt 290, Rt 85, shopping and not to mention a street from the town beach and downtown was voted #1 Best Main Street in America. Sunny, nice yard with TWO driveways, quiet neighborhood with walking sidewalk. 4 bedrooms 1.5 bath. One bedroom is great as office with separate entrance and driveway on left side of the house. Central AC and gas heating - with new heat pump and hot water tank. Hudson is a revitalized area with a vibrant mix of unique local shops, restaurants, and breweries, along with community events and scenic access to the Assabet River and rail trail. Tenants occupied! Please do NOT disturb the tenants. We will have to schedule time with Tenant for showing. Renter responsible for utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Certain pet allowed - pet negotiable and additional pet security deposit needed. non smokers with good credits. Looking for tenant who would love the house and take good care of it.
