Room furnished with full-size bed, side table, table lamp, book case, three drawer dresser and folding chair. Two electrical outlets. New mini-blinds for windows. Washer/dryer on premises. No TV in common areas. No dish washer. Dining area of house not available as used as an artist studio. Share single bathroom (shower only — no tub), kitchen with fridge and electric range/oven, washer/dryer, living room (with working fireplace during fall and winter), deck with umbrella table and chairs, backyard with a fire pit and clothes line. Ample parking on side lawn. No storage available outside of room. We are an active & friendly male/female artist pescatarian/vegetarian couple in our 60s with a friendly cat. $850 monthly rent includes all utilities (gas, electric and high speed wi-fi). Rent will increase to $1100 on June 1st (summer rate) First and last month’s rent ($1700) required to move in. No limit on length of stay but you must give 30 day notice as to when moving out.
