San Francisco rents remained steady in the past month, though still highest in the nation. The price of one bedroom units was down 0.6% to a median of $3,440, while the price of two bedrooms was up a slight 0.2% to $4,800.
Breaking the $3,800 threshold, South Beach, Pacific Heights, et Mission Bay – Dogpatch étaient les quartiers les plus chers à louer cet automne. Juste derrière, Colline russe, SOMA, et Quartier financier were the next priciest areas either at or just under $3,800 for one bedroom units.
Mid-range priced rentals could be found toward the center of the city and include Extension ouest ($3,000), Haight Ashbury ($3,050), and NOPA ($3,150).
