In-suite washer-dryer combo machine. Free street parking. Sorry, no pets, no parties, no smoking, no bbq and no vaping. We cannot accommodate more than two occupants. $2700/month, plus 30% share of utilities (gas+electricity), term negotiable (3 month min.) A few practical notes: stairs are required to access the space. True to its 1912 character home roots, this garden-level space features good overall ceiling heights, with characteristic lower clearances in one or two localized spots. The bathroom, despite having a full tub, but is very petite. You have a designated patio, but the rest of the yard is for the homeowners private enjoyment.
