The property includes a dedicated tenant parking space, an additional guest parking space, and designated private outdoor green space surrounding the cottage. Yard care is provided by the owner. Tenant is responsible for very limited snow removal from the cottage deck/steps, walkway, and immediate area around their vehicle. Due to the capacity of the property's private well and septic system, the cottage is limited to single occupancy. Tenant is responsible for electric, internet, and trash service. No pets.
