About 3836 West 15th Avenue
A spacious, well-laid-out furnished home in Point Grey, five minutes from UBC. Roughly 2,400 square feet across four levels, arranged for students, shared households or a family. The layout is flexible. The main floor holds the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and a bedroom converted from the den. Three more bedrooms and a bathroom sit on the upper floor. The top floor is flex space that works as a fifth bedroom, office or study, and the lower level adds a large rec room with its own bathroom. Two washer and dryer sets and two fridges make a shared household genuinely workable, and multiple separate living and study areas mean people aren't on top of each other. Large windows keep it bright throughout. The neighbourhood is quiet West Side, close to parks and beaches, with UBC five minutes by car, about sixteen by direct bus, or twelve by bike. Please note three things before enquiring: the master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are locked and reserved for owner storage; the garage is likewise not included; and parking is street parking only. Fully furnished. In-unit laundry. Non-smoking. Available now.
