Approximately 1200 SF *Original part (front) of the house built ca. 1905, with a room addition at the back ca. 1980. and a 2nd (bedroom) addition in 2023. Easy commute to Fayetteville, Ft. Bragg, Lillington, Dunn. and surrounding areas (mostly 30 minutes or less)- BUT if you want in-town vibes/ atmosphere, convenience or amenities, this may NOT be the place for you! Pets (dogs) accepted on a case by case basis, but must be pre-disclosed and pre-approved. Maximum of two dogs. Must be fully housebroken, non-destructive, non-aggressive. *Offered as a mid-term rental (1-9 months). *A new, signed lease MUST be completed for any extension beyond original terms. *Best suited for 1 or 2 adult individuals, a married couple, or a small family (Max. occupancy 2 adults or 3 total occupants) who need a shorter or flexible lease term. Ideal for someone transitioning into or out of Ft. Bragg or wanting to check out the area before purchasing a home in the Fayetteville/ Ft. Bragg area.
