Tenant must be informed good standing and must have a solid monthly income/employmemt. One small pet allowed- owner must be informed in advance. No smoking is allowed in the space Tenant must advise if this is for a single or dual occupancy. One year lease minimum. Renter will be responsible to cover rent/utlities/renters insurance.
