Short Term Apartment Rental options: Monthly, Weekly, Daily All utilities are included in this fully furnished, newly renovated, one bedroom apartment on the west side of Saint John. Currently, rental rates are $1500 monthly, $700 weekly and $130 daily (minimum three day stay required). For shut down workers, the weekly rent is $500 per week or $1500 per month. For short term monthly bookings a security deposit, proof of where you work and references will be required. Tenant insurance is also needed. Side steps leading to the private entry where the open concept living room and kitchen greets you. The newly renovated kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, new countertop, cupboards, flooring, kitchen table and chairs plus many other items to make you feel at home. A comfortable leather, reclining living room set will provide relaxation after a busy day. There are new end tables along with lamps. The bedroom has a brand new double bed, bedding and new scenic wall pictures. A desk, chairs, lamps, bookcase, closet storage plus a new five drawer bureau have been added. There is a full bathroom with new storage shelves, towels, shampoo, soap and other new items. The washer and dryer set is on the same floor and is shared with the owner who lives in the unit upstairs. 700 sq. ft. is the total area for the unit including the newly insulated shared laundry and storage rooms. Separate driveway parking is included. The tenant will need to remove the snow from the driveway, stairs and entryway areas. For big storms, a plowing company will remove the snow. Property is a quiet pet free, smoke free, drug free and party free spot. A West Flex bus service is provided across the street. Highway access is very close as well as grocery stores, restaurants, fast food spots, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. Great neighborhood for the variety of walking opportunities and Irving Nature Park is just minutes away!
