We’re looking for a female graduate student or working female professional (in their mid 20s to early 30s preferably) who is clean, organized, and reliable. You’ll be living with a roommate who is a PhD Student at UBC. Also looking for someone who loves cats! Please note that my cat cannot live with other pets. (IF YOU are not okay/comfortable with a cat PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.) Rent: $1400 per person (internet and utilities + BC hydro included). What's included: ✅ bedroom with closet ✅ shared kitchen, fridge, stove, and dishwasher with one other person ✅ den with space for a desk and chair (desk and chair not included) ✅ washer & dryer in-unit + storage room ✅ a shared bathroom with one other person ✅ TV with netflix, crave, amazon prime, and youtube ✅ Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom are partially furnished (new roommate will have to purchase the remaining furniture/appliances as I have invested in half of the furniture/appliances, my roommate have invested in the TV, bookshelf, coffee table, coffee station, additional shelving/organizers, house decor, most kitchen appliances) ❎ Bedroom unfurnished ❎ no AC The lease is from August 1 2026 to July 31, 2027.
