Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which all noise must be kept to a reasonable level, not exceeding 70 decibels. Outside of quiet hours, noise should not exceed 85 decibels.
