Situated in the heart of Kitsilano, this residence is in one of Vancouver’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Check-in time is after 4 PM PST and check-out is 10 AM. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment, and any violation will result in a fine of up to $500. Drugs or illegal substances of any kind are not permitted at any time in this property. Guests will keep and respect all the building’s rules, including noise levels (especially after 9 pm). Any rule-breaking notices from the building will result in the guest being held liable for any fines imposed. Guests will not engage in any illegal internet downloads; copyright infringement notices will result in a fine of $200. A copy of your ID will be taken at check-in, and the guest ID must match the guest credit card on file. Hydro (electricity) bill is covered up to $100 per month, with any excess charged to the guest.
