Flexible move in date (earliest July), with the lease running until 31 December 2026. The lease can be extended with no restrictions after that. Rent is $2,700/month, but only $2,400/month for July and August. Everything in the photos is included for free, the unit was moved into in January and all furniture was bought new or near-new, so it's in great condition. That includes the bed, sofa, futon, dining table, desk, monitor, and a fully kitted out kitchen (coffee machine, blender, pots, pans, kitchenware essentials). If you would prefer the unit unfurnished or only partially furnished, that is also fine. The building is managed by Interrent and has a gym, rooftop patio with barbecues and lounge seating, and secure underground parking for an extra $250/month. Westboro is a great spot, a short walk from Westboro Beach, two minutes from a large supermarket, and the unit has a balcony with great sunset views.
