This is a pet-friendly home; pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard, and a non-refundable pet fee applies. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur cleaning charges. This home is situated in a quiet community just 5 minutes from Ft. Campbell and close to everything Clarksville has to offer. Any GPS navigation system can be used to find this house. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with an automatic $500 damage charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will result in a $500 fee and potential notification of authorities. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved.
