The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals for your entire group throughout your stay. A crockpot, blender, a variety of cooking pots and pans, baking pans and dishes, and a starter set of spices are among the many items to choose from when preparing your meals. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4 but also includes a separate dining area with a dining table that seats 8 to enjoy each meal. The master bedroom upstairs contains a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a beautiful tiled step in shower. Downstairs, a bunk room with two sets of custom built bunk beds that are queens over queens provides plenty of space for your group. Both the bunk room and the queen guest room have en-suite bathrooms for extra privacy. Step outside on the lower balcony to jump into your private hot tub to soak after a hard day on the mountain. Featuring Malin Goetz toiletries, luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom. A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible. From the oversized wrap around balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the Spanish Peaks while you are cooking on the BBQ or gazing at the stars while you soak in the private hot tub. Internet is available and free. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
