Lovely 3 bedroom Single Family Home This beautiful 1500 sq ft home features 3 bedrooms and two full baths. All kitchen appliances and washer dryer hook-ups are included. There are wood floors in the living room and bedrooms with ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The living room features a cathedral ceiling as well as a faux fireplace. The master bedroom is very large...with a sizable master bathroom and walk in closet. There is a covered front porch .and a very big grass back yard. Children and cats and dogs are welcome. - Close to the beach, downtown and Hwy 49. Great neighbors. -- 12-month lease required. -- Sorry we cannot accept Section 8 vouchers. Tenant pays all utilities...water and electric. (The house is all electric)... $1000 security deposit, and $35 non-refundable application fee. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep as well (mowing and raking leaves etc...) -- No smoking. Up to 3 pets allowed. First month's rent, any prorated rent and the security deposit are all due upon lease signing. 12 month lease required.
