Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. The property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device that tracks sound levels and air quality for smoking or vaping activity. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image & sound 24/7. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as this is a family neighborhood. Violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $1000 fine respectively. Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for guests at the beginning of a stay of 1 week or longer, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
