This home is fully equipped for a fun-filled getaway, featuring smart TVs in every room, a dining table, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, espresso machine, toaster oven, blender, spices, cookware, dishware, flatware, and a commercial ice maker. Additional amenities include an in-home washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, linens, towels, life jackets, central A/C, heating, and ceiling fans. A boat lift is available for use (up to 7,000 lbs.) if you plan to bring a boat. Pets are welcome with a fee of $59 per pet, with a maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Located just minutes from South Padre Island via the Queen Isabella Causeway, you'll have easy access to sandy beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports, while enjoying the peace and privacy of Port Isabel living. Local attractions include the Port Isabel Lighthouse, Arturo Galvan Coastal Park, and Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier, all within 1 mile. Family-friendly fun can be found at Gravity Park, Beach Park at Isla Blanca, Sea Turtle Inc. Aquarium & Rescue Center, and South Padre Adventure Park. Nature and wildlife await at Laguna Madre Nature Trail, South Padre Island Birding & Nature Center, Gladys Porter Zoo, and Boca Chica Wildlife Refuge. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, and breaking these house rules may result in additional charges or a request to vacate the property immediately without refund. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. There is no gate or barrier leading to the canal or boat dock area, so please supervise children and pets at all times near the water. Kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets are provided, and guests use these at their own risk. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Step outside and embrace life on the canal with a private boat dock with swim ladder and boat tie-ups, kayaks and paddleboards for guest use, a hammock, a charcoal grill, an herb garden, and a butterfly and hummingbird garden. Canal access leads directly to the bay and ocean.
